Responsible for efficient process of Plant Production Planning including assembly and subassembly processes

Participates in the collaboration between master planning and material planning to meet customer delivery dates and inventory levels that meet corporate goals.

Responsible for the execution of research and data analysis tasks on behalf of professionals or management.

Analyzes problems, complies and analyzes data and prepares reports/recommendations.

Monitors safety or security violations critical to product quality or operations.

Utilizes expert knowledge of production specifications, manufacturing processes, material availability, and mathematical planning tools to develop the production plan.

Responsible for the monitoring of Production Schedules, Raw Material, WIP, and Finished Goods for financial tracking purposes and in support of company goals.

Meets production goals, lead time, and cost objectives.

Plans and administers procedures and budgets.

Makes recommendations of budget regarding CAPEX and direct/indirect labor.

Uses outstanding leadership abilities to select, develop, inspire and evaluate teams and individuals to achieve and maintain high class performance.

Commits and performs to linear production schedule.

Understands root causes, develops and executes action plans as appropriate to eliminate excursions.

Identifies and monitors capacity requirements (Equipment, facilities and labor).

Develops and positions contingency plans for quick response to production demand changes.
