Polish Safety and Reliability Association
Cooperation with Office of Technical Inspection in Warsaw (UDT-CERT) during creating a general concept, developing and running Certification System for persons responsible for functional safety in Polish industry. I was responsible for determining functional and safety integrity requirements section.
The certification and training programs include two levels of qualification:
I – general,
II – expert,
and four specializations in functional safety:
A – hardware and software,
B – process industry,
C – machinery,
D – nuclear power plants.
