Responsible for creating, maintaining and performing quality assurance of the SAP Master Data for EMEA region.
The position is complex since it involves maintaining bills of materials across EU manufacturing facilities. Creating new numbers for products as needed for the commercial and operations team. Populating load files in correct format for uploading data, updates database tables with appropriate values for any new grouping of part numbers created for use with CIC configurable. Update database tables to any new sizes, walls, configurations, reel changes, tape options, colors, etc. for conduit, microduct, parallel and pressure.

Overall Maintenance:
• Creating/Updating plant capabilities as requested
• Extending existing material numbers to additional manufacturing locations
• Reviewing email/SharePoint requests for all necessary data, and collecting additional data if needed
• Populating into correct format/load files and uploading appropriate data files
• Creating new characteristic values and maintaining description guides with new additions, as needed
• Modification/creation of any necessary object dependencies to facilitate, as needed
• Maintain plant routing tables with applicable rates and capabilities to facilitate extrusion scheduling
• Updating Super BOM/Routing as necessary for any new components, along with corresponding dependency items, as needed
• Validating BOM/Routing accuracy to confirm material cost supporting margin reviews
• Update to capability matrix for CIC, Conduit, MicroDuct and Pressure stored on Production Team site (SharePoint)
• Primary point of contact for any requested special projects as needed such as new products released by R&D
• SAP Development Support as needed
• Assist the Commercial and Marketing departments with select tasks and responsibilities
o Market and competitive analysis
o Product launch activities
o KPI reporting
o Other duties as assigned
