• Working with CRM-system (Radar, Salesforce, RenewOnDemand), e.g. exports, contract search, closing sales, creating new accounts, maintaining client information
• Updating and managing Excel spreadsheets (PowerPivot,pivot, vlookup)
• Reporting, Pulling Install Base Reports from Business Objects
• Building Dashboard (Call Stats, Daily Activity) based on PowerPivot
• Booking Report – reconciliation, Booking/ order processing
• Quoting/re-quoting
• Working with Oracle, Powerlink, eQuotes, RQF, Delta, Gii, Siebel
• Liaise with Teams in Cork (EMC), India, Malaysia and USA.
• Customer Service – managing UKI, EMEA Renewals and Escalations mailboxes

• First point of contact for incoming customer calls
• Provide Technical Support for all Mortgage Brokers using the Mortgage Software.
• Log incoming calls and run weekly reports as specified by the MD of the company
• Testing of software, creating change requests and fault reports on a regular basis

• Translation of company courses, i.e. inductions, manuals and any other company documentations from English to Polish
• Manage the tool room

• Prepare invoices, monthly customer account statements, credit notes
• Process weekly direct debits and all general account administration and office management
