Content Reviewer for Facebook Process.
1. Examining different types of posts on social platform (Facebook) for segregation.
2. Scrutinizing different types of messages like text, videos, pictures etc. for proper categorization.
3. Categorizing different types of content from different sources (countries) and contents.
4. Calibrating the posts on the platform on the basis of its negative influence/nature.
5. Collecting different live cases for the upgradation and modification of qualitative procedures.
6. Discussing different aspects of live cases to understand/clarify operations during special scenarios.
7. Providing feedback to the Quality team for client interaction and communication.
