Sourcing and on site Recruitment for newly launched Fulfilment Center for different levels and functions. Candidate correspondence, telephone interviews, organizing of meetings, facilitating and participating in Assessment Centers, site tours, competency based panel interviews, hiring & career days and external career fairs. Moderating hiring meetings, liaising with hiring managers across DE as well as local HR and senior management. Setting up recruitment processes within new team, train and educate panel and phone interviewers. Improve and set up Assessment Center structures for different roles. Setting up and administrating interim sourcing database to support DE Operations and Corporate Sourcers.

Identifying and approaching suitable candidates in various databases. Gathering of market knowledge and target companies. Direct search/cold calls, telephone interviewing, candidate service. Implementing of new research and applicant tracking software incl. road show, user trainings, process documentation and continuous improvement.

Candidate management and communication, pre-qualifying of candidates via phone. Identifying and approaching suitable candidates in various databases, both internally and externally. Invoicing and contract management. Support finance, controlling and external auditors. User support for Applicant Tracking System, liaising with software developers, participate in testing and improvement sessions. Resource planning, setting up of KPI and reporting methods, process documentation and visualization. Evaluate and use Social Media channels.
