Responsibility for employee relations and issues by providing information and guidance to resolve problems and answer questions, overseeing all business decisions from HR/labor law perspective
Cooperating with the payroll and finance team to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the remuneration policy
Day to day support for employees and managers with daily HR generalist type of issues and redirecting them to HR admin or HR payroll team, if needed
Training and guiding managers and employees on HR related processes, resources and tools as needed
Ensuring execution and delivery of initial training for all new starters
