• Support Russia Localization Projects from Quality side (ALNG, YK, SeaJet, Series X, GEVO T2 &
Rosneft Packager Program)
• Supplier performance monitoring & regular updates to Senior Leadership Team
• Lead AAR Certification Process at assigned suppliers (GET)
• Lead Audits for critical suppliers/products
• Identify & lead certification of 1st GE approved lab in Region
• Perform PPAP’s & APQP Trainings for supply base in Region

Provide leadership to drive growth in business cooperation between GETS & Europe supplier base.
• Ensure flawless program execution through rigorous applications of Supplier Development & Management Process and Plan for Every Part (FAI's, FAT's, on-site commissioning)
• Conduct Process, Product, System, Capacity and SRG/EHS audits.
• Drive continuous improvement of supplier’s quality, cycle, and delivery performance
• Lead and verified the Corrective Action implementation for non-conforming materials
• Provide technical guidance to supplier base to assure product and process compliance with engineering drawings and specifications
•Train and develop suppliers on the quality and manufacturing philosophies to comply with GE and ISO Procedures
• Drive improvements utilizing supplier scorecards, robust problem solving tools (e.g. 8D, 5 Why, etc.)
• Provide material support for component selection, second sourcing and procurement of metallic components

• eNCI (New Component Introduction) process execution for: Rail, Marine & Stationary, Diesel
Engines, OHV, Wind Biz
• Achieve successful project management of all assigned projects with the use of escalation
processes as appropriate to meet targets.
• Drive supplier selection through robust qualification processes
• New products launch & Initial sample validation (link between Engineering & FAI Activities)
• Conduct Process, Product, System, Capacity, Special Processes and SRG/EHS audits.
• Support supply chain management process and strategy
• Quality issues management (through CAR & SAP process execution)
• Quality performance: monitoring & improvement.
• Cost savings initiatives leading & execution.
• Act as consultant to the Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering organizations to improve
Quality and Manufacturing processes, introduce new products and improve product design
