* Allocate resources and track their performance (make adjustments as necessary to achieve the plan)
* Coaching
* Motivate and set tasks direction for team members without direct hierarchical control
* Maintain level of motivation
* Team involvement in the creation of the client plan and communicate strategy and direction effectively across the team, both in own and clients organisation
* Effectively balance time between team, organisation and client requirements
