Infrastructure maintenence setting up, contracts specification, guarantee terms upholding, etc.

Responsible for purchasing of direct material and Total Fluid, Tools & Transport Management, external warehouse. Managing of procurement process selecting General Contractor for new factory construction.

I organized within a month the branch office (50 employees), recruitment, contract preparation, negotiation of HW, SW, office space, etc. Management of the team, international marketing, cooperation within COWI A/S International Service Leader.

I managed exports, bidding in Abu Dhabi (with US, UK and Spanish companies), contract negotiation with German, Italian and Dutch companies.

Project Manager and International Market Manager; 2006 to 2008

Management of the International Cooperation Department. Sebastian was responsible for new contract acquisition in Spain, United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark and USA. The role included contract negotiation, business plan preparation and contract execution.

Vector Mapping production (MGCP) for Nordic Group. Sebastian’s role included comunication with COWI and Board of Directors, coordinating the project, preparing Production Plan in MS Project, contacts with subcontractors, preparation of reports, financial and accounting analyses, management of the Production Team, preparation and update of the documentation (internal business plan, Quality Assurance, training records, etc.), preperation of the production line;

Purchase of LiDAR, digital camera, aeroplane, hardware and software. This role included selection of best offers, contracts negotiation and execution;

European Funds; application for Innovative Economy programme; I was responsible for timely preparation of the application (gathering all the information from many departments and suppliers).

Based in the City of London, GDC supplied internet & intranet GIS (MapInfo MapXtreme) and spatial data warehouse based on Oracle, which offers interoperability between ESRI, MapInfo and AutoDesk. Sebastian was responsible for building the network of partners in Central and Eastern Europe, reporting to the head office, presentations at conferences and promotion of software in Public Administration.
