Management of Materials and Supply Planning for 13 Contract Manufacturers in EMEA and Avon China:
- maximizing Service, minimizing Inventory, optimizing cost and maximizing operating profit
- Long term production planning through Sales and Operations Planning
- Capacity planning of suppliers at a regional and global level
- Management of Master Production Schedule inline with Marketing strategies through cross functional plans ensuring materials availability and manufacturing costs optimization
- Finished Product Distribution Planning to EMEA Markets including Logistics Cost optimization to obtain required Customer Service
- Acting collaboratively with regional and local Marketing functions as well as Manufacturing, NPD, Logistics and Sourcing teams
- Responsible to meet agreed SKU Inventory level measured in value and days
- End to end materials flow responsibility (driving On Time In Full) and Life Cycle Management
- Driving continuous improvement and Planning processes optimization for external suppliers
- Projects participation

• Responsible for carrying out detailed, complex and robust analytical work to support the development of production plans execution for ARM (e.g. work includes the detailed understanding of demand trends / projections and impact of the production footprint in both processing and packaging, developing capacity analysis of complex operations, risk analysis)
• Develop the findings from the analytical studies to create compelling arguments and presentations on the most robust / optimal methods and plans to achieve SC EMEA targets
• Routinely present to senior levels within the organization to obtain agreement to proposals from stakeholders across multiple business disciplines
• Ensure the corrective actions are undertaken by Regional Planning teams to align forward supply plans with operational resources and requirements
• Support continuous improvement of planning processes with respect to operational resources and manufacturing requirements, identify improvement opportunities and define solutions (incl. MFG labour planning, production strategy, efficiency improvement, etc)
• Ensure the effective planning processes are in place with respect to operational environment through collaborative working with Supply Planning, Material Planning, Manufacturing, NPD and Distribution

Experience: generally, translating demands plan into mid and long term production plans; taking into consideration materials availability; managing service and inventory levels; execution of service level agreement; co-operation and communication with EMEA markets (marketing, logistics and inventory control); taking part in each node in supply chain (purchasing, distribution, plan); manage end to end parameters (production in ERP system and plan in Manugistics); obsolescence finished goods management; Russian factory support; taking part in new system implementation and in many different projects e.g.supply chain representative in project of factory conversion (capacity analysis for category and taking decision for production lines closure and instalation to maintain perfect service for reps.).

10.2009 - 03.2010 Transition Planning Project Russia:
centralising planning processes across EMEA for Avon Russia Manufacturing and Avon Operation Poland, new processes establishment, countinous improvement for achiving better results in service & inventory. (Project)

03.2010 - 06.2010 Transfer Giftsets Planning from Avon United Kingdom to Avon Poland (Project)

Finished goods distribution mainly to EMEA region to delivery SLA agreement to the Avon Markets, weekly trucks ordering for category, weekly creating service report projection for EMEA region.

Creating and managing effectively weekly production schedule; schedule execution reporting on weekly, monthly basis; order labour for manufacturing from outsourcing; sustainable improvement in weekly planning due to capacity constrains.

Managing of shipping line process; cooperation with transportation and replenishment dep.; managing 15 people; improving the efficiency of work; shift efficiency reporting; complete execution of daily orders and deployments for Poland and Czech Republic.

Managing of PEEM system, which coordinate work of shipping and closing orders for Avon’s Represantatives. Measurement of KPI's.
