DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Handling and moving objects by using hands and arms, installing, positioning, moving materials and manipulating things
 Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects
 Observing, receiving and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources
 Monitoring and reviewing information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems
 Dismantle and repair oil field machinery, boilers, and steam engine parts, using hand tools power tools
 Supply equipment to rig floors as requested, and provide assistance to roughnecks
 Walk flow lines to locate leaks, using electronic detectors by making visual inspections, and repair the leaks
 Bolt or nail together wood or steel framework to erect derricks
 Move pipes from trucks, using truck winches motorized lifts, or by hand
 Keep pipe deck and main deck areas clean tidy
