As a Materials Coordinatior I am responsible for
- analyzing , planning and realizing logistic activities in order to reach low inventory
- ordering and forecasting of direct materials ; chemicals and metal inserts from Germany, Bulgaria, England , France , USA , Slovenia, Slovakia , Czech Republic , Hungary, Portugal, via EDI / email / supply web
- uploading of the system about item numbers and bill of materials (BOM),
- upload of the system about logistic item master data,
- ordering and monitoring of the transports, truck utilization , estimation of savings for trans-ports
- suppliers assessment according logistic requirements
- issuing of logistic complaints and chargebacks
- looking for the savings in logistic areas
- warehouse of components
- controlling of material flow between all warehouse locations ,
- taking care about FIFO
- container management
- organizing, coordinating and delegating job task to warehouse supervisors, supervisors as-sessments
- monthly stock taking of raw materials and FGs with ABC classification according company policy,
- control of annual inventory counts according company policy ,
- work with Warehousing team for location set up and do random counts for locations.
- invoices controlling / matching with delivery notes from the system via invoice web site
- internal audits according ISO / TS

As a Specialist of Purchasing department I was responsible for;

- ordering and forecasting of direct materials for OE / AM production ,according to the pro-duction requisitions, via EDI / EMAIL / SUPPLY WEB ,
- cooperation with foreign suppliers from Germany, France , South Africa , Korea , Czech Re-public, Finland, England
- cooperation with inter companies via SAP to SAP ,
- implementation of master data for direct materials on the purchasing level in SAP,
- reduction of inventory,
- uploading of purchase prices into the SAP system,
- invoices checking,
- transportation ordering of direct materials from supplier to plant (JIT)
- cooperation with others department during implementation of new projects
- tools / machines ordering according to the Tenneco Automotive Rules
- suppliers assessment and development according to ISO / TS requirements
- preparation of purchasing department for external audits of our clients: Fiat, Audi , BMW , Toyota , Mercedes, Smart , Renault, VW,
- updating of list of approved suppliers and monitoring of delivery performance,

As a specialist of commercial department of Remak S.A. I was responsible for:
- preparation of the price offers for such domestic and international companies as; Alstom Power, Polimex Cekop S.A., Rafako S.A., Elektrim Megadex S.A., Foster Wheeler Energia Oy , Foster Wheeler Energia Polska , Fisia Babcock, Ansaldo
- preparing budgets and budgets estimation ,
- preparation of drafts of the contracts with subcontractors ,

- preparation technical offers for clients
