Leading as a Project Manager projects within the Bank i.e. new systems implementation, legal and regulatory recommendations' implementation (for example EMIR, UKNF Recommendation D regarding IT and Security Area Management, FATCA, previously MIFID, Group Policies etc).
Supporting other projects within Bank and RBS Group.
Allocating tasks to project teams and management of progress.
Tracking of project team activities and reporting usage of effort.
Taking responsibility for the quality assurance of project deliverables produced by project teams against clients’ business needs and departmental priorities.
Building and maintaining expertise if needed to provide expert support to project teams.
Ensuring that scope of project addresses all aspects required to enable delivery against business requirements.
Ensuring alignment of projects’ goals with Bank and Group strategic objectives.
Supporting scope, quality, risks and issues management during execution of all project initiatives.
Supporting other projects within Bank and RBS Group.
