 Spearheaded the shop floor inspection and testing of fabrication of Pipes, Pipelines, Piping supports etc.
 Performed the implementation of the site Quality Plan and all procedures and specification concerning the inspection of the project.
 Successfully coordinated for Quality inspection matters liaising with sub-contractor management and work force.
 Reviewed and ensured that appropriate consumables were distributed to welders in order to make sound weld.
 Inspected dissimilar metal joining such as stainless steel to carbon steel; qualification & performance monitoring of welding personnel.
 Monitored various welding process like GTAW, SMAW, FCAW (auto &semi auto) & SAW.

Habshan BAB GAS Phase-II Project and Abudhabi airport company (ADAC)) :

 Reviewed and accepted material receiving inspection for Plates/Pipes, Fittings, Valves, Instruments, and vendor supplied Equipments.
 Instrumental in initiating, recommending and assisting in providing effective solution to problems that arised concerning visual inspection, magnetic particle testing, penetrant testing and ultrasonic testing inspection.
 Ensured Quality Standard and Procedures were maintained and oversaw Radiographic interpretation.
 Supervised and inspected Welding, Pre-heat and Post Weld Heat Treatment of weld.
 Conducted Welder qualification test and issued certificates.
 Monitored various welding process like GTAW, SMAW, FCAW (auto & semi auto) & SAW.
 Addressed settlement checking of Tanks, line checking, mechanical and QC clearance of hydro test packages.
 Performed line checking/prepare and check official test pack prior to release for hydro testing by ensuring that all welding inspection and NDT activities affecting the quality of welds contained in each piping spools of an isometric have been completed and accepted.

HALFAYA OIL FIELD BAZARKAN – Field surface facility PHASE-II:

 Prepared QA/QC procedures for various clients; coordinated for all destructive and non-destructive testing at various sites for different clients.
 Inspected fabricated pipes & structures, welding inspection, quality control, Radiographic Film interpretations etc.
 Managed alloy verification and familiarized with Approved Drawings, Governing Standards and Specification
 Arranged the various Test Packages and Conduct the Inspection (Hydrotest &. pneumatic test) with clients.

Project – BOROUGE-III polyethylene cracking gas unit:

 Reviewed all types of process documentation required for fabrication, erection and commissioning, etc.
 Development and implementation of inspection checklist and report/format.
