The main responsibilities are :
- Management of Program Managers Team;
- Implementing Program management methodology;
- Mentorship to team members;
- Improving program management process;
- Responsibility for program management in terms of time schedule , budget and KPI Financials ;

Complementary project management for several car platforms, main worlds OEM’s (VW, Audi , BMW, Porsche, Renault, PSA) according to the project management methodology.

The main responsibilities are:
• Supervision of International Projects Teams (engineering, manufacturing engineering, operations, purchasing, quality, sales, logistics ) and close co-operation with Customers representatives,
• responsible to deliver large scale, complex projects (implementation at several production plants) and to coordinate all internal and external activities within the plants, central units,
• facilitate decision making regarding projects,
• budget management (project expenses tracking), comparative analysis for the project financial key indicators, profitability improvements when necessary,
• internal project reviews and monthly project reviews participation at BMW, Audi, Porsche, Renault and PSA
• supervision of the progress through each phase of the project milestones ( new projects management, development of comprehensive project timings and implementation until start of serial production)
• Quality characteristics on the product settlements and supervision, APQP areas control,
• 8 GDPIM Gates releases elaboration for the projects,
• coordinate changes to the scope baseline across entire project
(both internal or customer driven) running changes in projects control and implementation

• organizing and coordinating production launch according to the specifications of the BMW and VW
• implementation and project management
• supporting and improving production process
• carrying out technical documentation
• cooperating with the clients, and firm branches, and suppliers;
