Responsibility for the integrity of processes functioning in the company, reporting to Management Board of Company, above all:
- Responsible for P&L (EBIDA, margin, cost) of wholesale (B2B, Retail – up to 230 APS)
- Responsible for strategy, sales, brand, communication (ATL,BTL, road map ect.)
- New project and business development (e-commerce of iDream.pl/Apple)
- Implementation new motivation systems, sales training programs and standards for sales channels
- Responsible for negotiations, agreements and contracts with main cooperators (incl. law opinion)
- Managing sales channels (TMPL; NC+; ) with ≈ 500 people and dealers

Responsibility for all sales and marketing activity, sales and marketing strategy, sales management concept, team management, P&L, and:
- manage a sales force, manage, develop and motivate the team
- represent the company towards clients, business partners
- maximize value and profitability
- development of cross sales synergies
- coaching and training for managers and sales support
- new business projects
