Using BillBirds experience in cash transactions we deliver a modern service for smartphones that helps pay home bills instantly. Billpayment service allows safe connection of client’s card to the mobile system. Then using smartphone camera user can identify the payment by scanning barcodes on his paper bills. The last step is the confirmation of the payment by entering CVC or CVV code. Transaction is even simpler than the one in e-banking system but the security level is comparable due to PCI DSS compliance of the whole process.
To enable mobile payments, collaboration between MasterCard, acquirer, card service provider and bills aggregator have to be established. The next step is the connection of their payment systems.
