Senior SAP PP Consultant / PTM Lead

Budget: up to 160 PLN Net/h + VAT or 19k gross on the employment contract

Start date: depending on the candidate's availability

Project scope:

Review, analyze, and assess current business processes within the PTM work stream without modification
Configure and maintain the relevant SAP S/4HANA components for Production & Capacity Planning, MRP, Production Scheduling, and more
Create and manage SAP project tracks for implementation or deployment ( blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.)
Provide overall maintenance and support for SAP systems
Mentor team members in technology, architecture, and delivery of applications
Foster successful teamwork and demonstrate leadership abilities
Stay aware of current trends and technical advancements in SAP and related technologies
Articulate and present different points of view on various technologies
Manage time effectively and be flexible to travel as required

Requirements:

At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP PP/PTM in the consultant role
Proficiency in configuring and maintaining the relevant SAP S/4HANA components: Production & Capacity Planning, MRP, Production Scheduling, Production Orchestration and Execution, Quality Management (including documentation), Shopfloor control & Production Orders, Lean Manufacturing with Kanban
Strong communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to mentor team members and foster a sense of community among teams
Fluent in Polish and English
