Test Automation Specialist (Frontend)

  • Remote work: 100% Remote
  • Budget: 150 - 165 PLN/net/h + VAT
  • Type of employment: B2B

  • Start date: depending on the candidate"s availability

 

Project scope:

  • Lead and implement test strategies for the API Service Catalogue & Developer Portal team, ensuring stable, high-quality releases
  • Own the entire test suite, optimizing and evangelizing test-driven approaches
  • Use cutting-edge technologies for enhanced efficiency and reliability
  • Drive performance, smoke, and regression testing
  • Define top-level goals and unit test approaches, identify scenarios, and execute test cases
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner & Engineering team to understand requirements and behavior
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and a continuous improvement mindset

Requirements:

  • Proficient in front-end web application testing with React and JavaScript
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript or similar languages
  • Previous experience in Test Automation, ideally with Selenium and Cucumber
  • Familiarity with data-driven testing approaches and test data management
  • Experience using Postman or other API testing tools
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, particularly in Azure DevOps, including running, debugging, and optimization
  • Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks
  • Proficiency in project/task management tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA
  • Experience working in Agile and DevSecOps environments

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Backstage.io, Selenium Grid, API Testing, Serenity BDD, JMeter, Jest
