Responsiblities:
- being the first point of contact for customers in Bulgarian
- customer service by replying to chats, emails and social media (90%) or phone (10%)
- answering customers' questions, e.g. about payments or account blocking
Requirement:
- very good knowledge of Bulgarian (min. C1) and English (min.B2)
- availability to work min. 130 - 150h/month
- openness to working in shifts
