Customer Service Support with Bulgarian and English

Responsiblities:

  • being the first point of contact for customers in Bulgarian
  • customer service by replying to chats, emails and social media (90%) or phone (10%)
  • answering customers' questions, e.g. about payments or account blocking

Requirement:

  • very good knowledge of Bulgarian (min. C1) and English (min.B2)
  • availability to work min. 130 - 150h/month
  • openness to working in shifts
