Your responsibilities:
-managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates
-utilizing various recruitment channels to attract top talent
-ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
-handling recruitment-related documentation and data
-keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Your qualifications:
-experience in recruitment or a solid understanding of recruitment processes
-fluent in both Romanian and English (spoken and written)
-excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-strong organizational and time management abilities
-ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
-familiarity with recruitment tools and software is a plus
