Data Analyst (ServiceNow Performance Analytics)

We"re seeking an experienced Data Analyst with knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics to identify, evaluate, and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing and produce and track key performance indicators.

Project scope:

  • Identify, evaluate, and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing, produce and track key performance indicators
  • Develop and support reporting processes
  • Build Performance Analytics (PA) Dashboards in ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and negotiate SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs) based on business requirements and priorities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of service performance data to identify patterns, areas of improvement, and potential risks
  • Recommend and implement strategies to enhance service quality
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of SLAs, KPIs, and related processes
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to align SLAs with organizational objectives and ensure that service levels meet business needs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in service level management
  • Implement best practices and industry standards to optimize service delivery

Competence demands:

  • 5+ YoE in Data Analysis, Data Visualization, and Data Quality Management
  • 4+ YoE with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Service Level Management
  • Hands-on experience in Service Level Management, Reporting and Performance Analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices
  • Experience in service management tools and technologies
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • English at least B2
