Customer Service Specialist with Italian

Currently, for our client, leading airlines, we are looking for candidates with knowledge of English and Italian to work as a Customer Service Specialist.

Project information:

  • Working model: hybrid (8 days in office per month)
  • Languages: English (B2) Italian (B2)
  • Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
  • Level: Junior
  • Remuneration: up to 6650 PLN gross + bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Recommending travel products, providing support
  • Assisting customer to reserve and adjust flight booking transactions
  • Assisting customers to use website
  • Responding to general enquiries

Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of English and Italian (at least B2 level)
  • Very good communication skills
  • Willingness to develop
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
