Project scope:

Provide process solution recommendations and input architectural design
Creating, designing, and taking ownership of technical solutions built on the ServiceNow platform
Providing expert guidance and creative application development skills to deliver robust solutions for internal business and technical clients
Ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of solutions aligned with roadmap and Agile release schedule
Preparing acceptance reports

Requirements:

Proficient in applying ServiceNow best practices and designing/developing application components for maintainability, scalability, and sustainability
Skilled in configuring data integrations and APIs between ServiceNow and other applications
Demonstrated expertise in customizing workflows
Strong command of JavaScript
Experienced in developing/configuring custom portal widgets, pages, and catalog items
Familiar with application development in an Agile/DevOps environment
Capable of conducting integration, system, and component testing
Skilled in generating test data for functional validation testing
Excellent communication abilities to facilitate productive teamwork
Fluent English
