Closer details regarding the position:

  • Conducting and coordinating month-end closing activities for a 35-person Danish subsidiary.
  • Monitoring key operational performance indicators (KPIs) of the company.
  • Overseeing the company's results and budgetary achievements.
  • Monthly reporting of financial statements to the parent company.
  • Business partnering: supporting Manager Director, sales, and service department in making business decisions.
  • Budget development, annual, and quarterly forecasts.
  • Preparation of ad-hoc reports for management and service department manager.
  • Collaborating with the accountant on daily accounting and controlling tasks, annual audit, and preparation of quarterly VAT reports.

Qualifications:

  • Higher education in economics/finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a controlling department within an industrial company; familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Proficient in English, with knowledge of Danish as an additional asset.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP (FI/CO module).
    - Proficient in MS Office, Power Query.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and ability to work independently.
