Cloudification Programme Manager

For our client we are looking for Cloudification Programme Manager within the public administration sector, who will be responsible for spearheading the transformation of legacy Information Systems into modern cloud services. In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, foster agile methodologies, and ensure the delivery of efficient and scalable cloud hosting solutions to external entities. Project information:

  • Location: 100% remotely
  • Type of employment: contract of employment or B2B contract
  • Remuneration: up to 230 PLN net + VAT hourly on B2B
  • Project language: English
  • Contract length: long-term
  • Start date: depending on candidate"s availability

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and coordinating the entire cloudification program, aligning it with organizational goals.
  • Establishing and communicating a compelling vision for the cloudification initiative, fostering team commitment.
  • Managing squads and chapters focused on cloudification, promoting collaboration and high performance.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their cloud hosting requirements and expectations.
  • Facilitating communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and external customers.
  • Implementing agile methodologies, overseeing sprint planning and reviews to ensure project efficiency.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the program.
  • Developing and refining the cloudification strategy, considering industry best practices and scalability.
  • Communicating a comprehensive roadmap for the cloudification program, incorporating phased migrations.
  • Identifying potential risks associated with cloudification projects and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards throughout the cloud transition.
  • Providing regular status updates to leadership, highlighting achievements and future plans.
  • Maintaining thorough documentation related to cloudification projects for knowledge transfer.

Requirements:      

  • 10 years of experience in program management, with a specialization in cloud migration projects.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Prior experience in public administration or government projects is highly advantageous.
  • Thorough understanding of cloud technologies, particularly in AWS, Azure, or analogous platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
