Customer Service Agent with Hungarian

Our perfect candidate is a person who:

has a good proficiency of Hungarian language at C1 level,
is ready to work part time from Monday to Friday 1.00 p.m. - 5.00 p.m.,
is open to help customers and patient,
is reliable and conscientious,
focused on building good relationships with customers.

The main responsibilities on this project are:

customer service for one of the biggest sneakers' manufacturer,
customer service via various communication channels: telephone, e-mail, messenger, live-chat,
informing customers about the products in the online store's assortment,
help in choosing the right product,
processing complaints and returns.
