Functional Business Analyst

Requairements:

  • 12 + years of experience Strong Functional Senior BA who understands the FX as a product and knows the accounting for this type of product.
  • Strong FX business knowledge and familiarity with FX products and derivatives, processes, workflows, and Trade Lifecycle.
  • Excellent knowledge of S/W development lifecycle.
  • Experience in Data Analysis and working knowledge of SQL.
  • Communication skills and proven expertise in leading and facilitating workshops and meetings.
  • Bachelors/Master"s degree in MIS/Computer Science/Business Administration/Finance.
  • Work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking).
  • Good knowledge of technology concepts, patterns, and best practices.
  • High level of initiative.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage tasks.

Main responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyze, and document functional requirements.
  • Identify system enhancements and business needs and is capable to doing impact analysis on current system processing.
  • Review operational procedures and methods and recommending changes for improvements with an emphasis on automation and efficiency.
  • Be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations.
  • Create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts and implementing the deployment plan.
  • Support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
  • Work as a liaison between business SMEs, leadership, and IT.
