Contracts Manager
•Draft, review and negotiate in English and Polish on specified forms of contract such as release letters, confidentiality agreements, statements of work, consulting agreements, outside consultant agreements, and master consulting agreements.
•Review and assist teams in RFP responses.
•Provide the Employer’s consultants with appropriate forms of agreement on a variety of engagement-related legal issues
•Work with the legal department’s lawyers in support of McKinsey global and regional initiatives.
•the distribution, updating, revision and creation of standard form contracts and related documentation in accordance with departmental policies and procedures;
•tracking contracts from negotiation to signature;

•acting as Level 1 contract helpdesk and maintain FAQ’s lists;
•preparing and managing standard contractual documents (e.g. contract change requests);
•keeping key contract information updated, including but not limited to deliverables logs, contract issues log and contract change requests log;
•handle interpretation issues;
•build contract training material;
•suggesting ways to improve the management of the contract;
•acting as Level 1 contract helpdesk and maintain FAQ’s lists;
•preparing and managing standard contractual documents (e.g. contract change requests);
•keeping key contract information updated, including but not limited to deliverables logs, contract issues log and contract change requests log;

Contract Administrator
• establishing proper business controls within this business by helping the account teams setting-up and maintain standard Contract Management processes and tools (e.g. Contract Helpdesks, newsletters, dedicated mailboxes and share points);
• ensuring the systematic collection, processing and safekeeping of contractual documents;
• supporting the contract change control process,
• actively participate in the activities of the larger Strategic Contract Management community, e.g. by helping setting up and maintaining the knowledge database and standard processes manuals, developing and administrating professional development programs;
• acting as Level 1 contract helpdesk and maintain FAQ’s lists;
• keeping key contract information updated, including but not limited to deliverables logs, contract issues log and contract change requests log.
