Piotr Pietrowski

I am responsible for developing and maintaining productive working relationships with client personnel and assess clients' satisfaction. Moreover I have to proactively maintain contact with the client throughout the year in cooperation with Chartered Accountant responsible for the project. During the project I am also responsible for adapting the audit approach to the changing client environment.

Among my other duties I am responsible for managing the triple constraint for projects and managing the staff' performance (incl. coaching/counseling of subordinates). I am required to demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations.

Providing full and diversified administrative support of a responsible nature to a client-serving team and other key management personnel. Using broad and comprehensive experience, skills and knowledge in organizational policies, procedures and practices, and serving as a facilitator who may coordinate deadlines and either handle them directly, or through others, handling project coordination and completion. Documenting Preparation Management Format and edit letters, reports, and all other correspondence from the draft stage to client-ready work; adhering to record retention policies and procedures; and following an organized filing/document management process for electronic and paper documents. Developing and editing complex business documents from limited information with guidance. Obligated to start Polish Chartered Accountant exams.
