My responsibilities:
- Supervision of back office teams (administration, law and financial issues)
- Supporting Sales Team in offers preparation for key accounts (Sales meetings and negotiations);
- Contract negotiations;
- Implementation of agile methodology (scrum) in the organization;
- Business consulting, conducting workshops;
- Implementation of GDPR security regulations

My main responsibility was to support and consult a new web platform for all University units especially in collecting functional requirements and preparing documentation:
- collecting functional and nonfunctional requirements from key organization units;
- conducting workshops with key stakeholders;
- preparing key benchmark analysis and traffic analysis;
- designing over 120 mockups for mobile and desktop devices;
- supporting and supervision of web designers team;
- creating a UAT test cases;
- writing project documentation for tender procedure: functional and non-functional requirements for new website platform (pwr.edu.pl);
- participating in tender committee during platform vendor selection procedure;
- key business processes modeling with selected vendor (UML notation);

Within 11 years I participate in over 200 projects (websites, web aplications) mainly as PM or BA, my main responsibilities included:
- coordination and collaboration with various industry stakeholders (getting feedback, negotiate scope changes);
- the complete software life cycle management, from requirement elicitation to successful stakeholder acceptance;
- requirements collecting (functional and nonfunctional), key market benchmarks analysis, internet traffic and other data analysis, conducting workshops;
- project scope/backlog management;
- timetable and budget management;
- supporting project teams (up to 15 people);
- mockup creation & supervision of design team;
- user tests creation & supporting of QA team;
- preparing and updating project documentation;
- conducting user tests of new applications (based on self-designed tools), analysis and preparing a recommendations;
