Senior Manager BID Support
Responsibilities:
Development of access solutions for all platforms.
Manage Team who act as interface between Sales Solutions Engineering and Operations in support of non standard customer bids.
• Support team initiatives to continuously improve the efficiency and articulate changes to the solution definition and delivery process
• Coordinate transmission, IP and voice engineers approving non-standard customer designs and network capacity checks.
• Evaluate quality reports of tail circuit suppliers (OLOs)
• Interact with Sales, Product management, Service Delivery, Operation and procurement departments to deliver maximum benefits to all internal users of off net Services.

Supervisory of IP and Voice services.
Resposible for day to day management of the NOC Shift Engineers.
Conduct Performance Reviews and provide support for shift engineers.
Responsible for workload distribution and accountability for the actions and practices of the shift engineers.
Conduct network surveillance and initial fault priority attribution.
Take the lead in first and second line fault diagnostics across the Interoute network.
Co-ordinate field operatives across Pan European Network.
Support local in-country operations with diagnostics and maintenance.
Provide trend analysis and reporting on all technical issues affecting customer service and network performance.
