- Managing the team in production of subsequent surveys (mainly energy sector in UK, US, Canada, Middle East, Russia), focusing on compensation analysis.
- Preparing ad hoc analysis requests from clients and outside consultants (year-on-year comparisons and trends, analysis of individual compensation items, analysing custom market peer groups, custom position benchmarks).
- Developing, publishing and distributing remuneration survey reports to clients (the biggest companies on the energy market).
- Close cooperation with assigned members of HR teams. Assisting with matching company positions to survey benchmarks, market pricing analysis and sector trends, advising on compensation related issues in terms of reporting the data.
- Designing data collection materials, reviewing the collected data at individual and aggregate level using advanced Excel functions and relational databases tools.
- Development, supervision and implementation of survey migration to new format and on-line availability. Close cooperation with centre of excellence and Data Management specialists.
- Supervising and reviewing works of subordinates and providing trainings.
