Support and development of core solution in the EMEA region for GPS Project,

Involved in payroll parallel runs before project was launched. Supervision of first two payroll runs after go-live on client site. After the project was launched I was responsible for day-to-day support and system configuration in PA, OM, TM, ESS/MSS and PY. First point of contact in case of problems with LSO and TM (Talent Management). Technical support for ALE interface between SAP HR and FI/CO. Responsible for system upgrade coordination with SAP HR and HRCEE notes. Hands-on full testing cycle after the application of the SAP notes, especially PY and legal reporting (GUS, ZUS).

First line of contact for CA employees and HR Business Partners. Responsible for addressing issues within scope of ESS/MSS or any other HR related items. Data maintenance and administration in PA/OM.
