Independently determines project scope, develops a preliminary plan of completion, and determines project specifications such as cost, time, timetable and other particular requirements by analyzing client input and available supplemental data. Coordinates administrative aspects of project management. Negotiate project cost and completion date;

Initiates communication with clients. Follows-up on contascts from clients. Communicates with clients to discuss technical issues, explain internal procedures and requirements. Acts to address client concerns and to resolve client issues. Provides technical assistance to clients in reference to product inspection and follow-up services;

Performs international business trips to clients. Verifies client’s facility, witnesses test program, collects and reports data.
