- Creation of strategic plan and execution of annual action plan for the entire organisation,
- Coordination of two annual General Meetings of BEST (in Belgium and Estonia), gathering 200+ members for 6 working days; involved planning, supervision of delegated tasks and monitoring of international teams' work for 4 months,
- Handling internal documents in the organisation's intranet, checking their compliance,
- Leading year-long international projects.

- Supervision of work of 9 Local Groups in 5 countries (Poland, Russia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia),
- Supporting Local Groups in their daily operation, ensuring quality performance,
- Yearly work in team of 11 Regional Coordinators from the whole Europe on international projects.

- Year-long management of 60-members organisation,
- Leading the Fundraising working group consisting of 15 members,
- Creation and execution of yearly strategy for Corporate Relations of BEST Gdansk,
- Conducting negotiations with companies cooperating with organisation,
- Cooperation with 6 annual and 50+ project partners.
