Team Leader
I am responsible for full-cycle of the project, from blueprint phase (user requirements gathering) till post GO-LIVE support. In AGILE process I am an analyst managing backlog, sprints and planning development releases.
I am in charge of:
• team work (facilitate meetings, tasks delivering for developers and testers, couching, person evaluation)
• ensure the solution quality (many different test phases)
• keep the project schedule (timing) to fit in the budget
• project progress reporting/planning/communicating with senior manager and director
• project realization according to the project agreement
• training team members
I also play the role of solution architect responsible for solution design to be compliant with customer needs. My role is to work closely with client to ensure that the project meets customer expectation (build vendor-customer relationships).

Responsible for adjusting Apriso system to business requirements. Customer needs analyst and designer of production module based on MS SQL 2005, Oracle and Apriso internal software. Also responsible for SQL server oriented development, software optimization, diagnosing causes and problems identified in the production process, XML information flow between FlexNet and SAP
