Support of iSeries applications. Using of different job schedulers (JSCDE, JS and $U). iSeries device and users management (printers, tapes, profiles). Backup and restore operations. Cross File Transfer support. Optimization, automatization and validation of applications performance, development of guidance and operating procedures, preparing and planning the production, resolving the occurring incidents, applying in production the correcting and improving solutions, backup management and participation in restore actions, training the operators for the monitoring activities, report preparation. Liaise with other departments in order to deliver service levels to support inter and intra-departmental targets.
