• Conducting recruitment processes in Sales & Marketing sector
• Writing job adverts
• Handling the tasks of screening, selecting and submitting candidates to job orders related discipline
• Responsible for preparing and coaching candidates for interviews (organizational culture, specific requirements etc.)
• Utilizing on-line database, candidate referrals, internet and networking to identify potential candidates
• Applying the policies, rules and procedures of the organization
