Involvement in multiple initiatives across the bank like:
• implementation of complete CRM operational and analytical solution aimed at increasing sales activity in the sales network, better management of client-Bank relationship,
• implementation of data warehouse and customer oriented data mart, data warehouse extensions allowing for Customer Intelligence,
• implementation of business intelligence tools: SAS, IBM Cognos,
• complex system integration of multiple software components and processes using Informatica PowerCenter tool.

Responsibilities:
• project management (coordination of multiple project streams and initiatives, total project budget 2m+ EUR),
• vendor management (RFI / RFP preparation, vendor sourcing, contract negotiations),
• business analysis, solution architecture design (requirements gathering, preparation of high level and low level design documentation),
• solution delivery tracking (both remote and on-site, direct cooperation with multiple vendors),
• cooperation within multicultural and international teams,
• team management.

Several roles on different projects mostly in financial services:
• AS IS and TO BE analysis,
• business process analysis, design and re-engineering,
• designing: solution and integration architectures, applications, UI,
• implementation and testing,
• training and coaching,
• project estimation and sales,
• project and team management and coordination (managed up to 6 people),
• ISVs coordination and cooperation.

Business experience in:
• sales and risk processes in consumer finance,
• Markets in Financial Instruments Directive implementation (MiFID),
• financial calculation.

• Requirements gathering for changes to be implemented
• Performing software development according to customer's requirements
• Coordinating team efforts, planning and then running software development (using Scrum methodology)
• Software development in several technologies around Java and Microsoft.NET
