• Act as team leader to co-coordinate in vitro ADME and PK bioanalytical service in order to support studies of internal discovery projects as well as to complete external customers orders.
• Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the proper performance of laboratory tests in ADME group.
• Support the sales department by consultation and preparation of offers for customers.

Provide bioanalytical support for GCP and Discovery Pharmacokinetic (PK), Pharmacokinetic/Pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) and Toxicokinetic (TK) studies and delivering high quality data to support research projects in timely manner.
Successful development, validation and application of new, challenging and sensitive (down to 10 pg/mL) LC-MS/MS based fit-for-purpose assays for the analysis of new pharmaceutical entities in biological matrices e.g. microdosing human studies, fatty acids pain biomarkers, metabolite and unstable compounds (esters, amides) and radioactive receptor occupancy quantification assays.
Develop and apply the analytical methods involving Dry Blood Spot sampling to support PK and TK studies.
Act as a platform leader for Waters Acquity UPLC system and AB/Sciex API4000/5500 mass spectrometer (e.g. instrument maintenance, troubleshooting etc.)

Marie Curie Intra-European individual Fellowship in group of prof. Cesare Gennari. Project on application of chiral salen-cobalt complexes for preparative separation of amino acids. Development and application of chiral HPLC methods for determination of optical purity.

Synthesis and evaluation of the sildenafil selective molecularly imprinted polymers for the bioanalytical purposes. Development, partial validation and application of HPLC-UV method for determination of sildenafil and its derivatives.

Provide support for research activities (half time) and support the educational activities (half time) including mentoring and supervise students with their M.Sc. projects.

Provide support for educational and research activities (half time each) at Institute of Chemistry of Opole University including PhD work.
As a project leader of Polish Committee of Science (KBN) grant for young researcher to investigate the transport and separation of amino acid enantiomers with liquid membranes.
As a project researcher European Community INCO-Copernicus (MEBFOOD) to develop and applied new methods for the determination of herbicides in food.
As a study researcher within The AOAC (American Organization of Analytical Chemistry) Collaborative Study cross-validate the method for determination of herbicides in crops with GC-MS.
