Provide bioanalytical support for GCP and Discovery Pharmacokinetic (PK), Pharmacokinetic/Pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) and Toxicokinetic (TK) studies and delivering high quality data to support research projects in timely manner.
Successful development, validation and application of new, challenging and sensitive (down to 10 pg/mL) LC-MS/MS based fit-for-purpose assays for the analysis of new pharmaceutical entities in biological matrices e.g. microdosing human studies, fatty acids pain biomarkers, metabolite and unstable compounds (esters, amides) and radioactive receptor occupancy quantification assays.
Develop and apply the analytical methods involving Dry Blood Spot sampling to support PK and TK studies.
Act as a platform leader for Waters Acquity UPLC system and AB/Sciex API4000/5500 mass spectrometer (e.g. instrument maintenance, troubleshooting etc.)
