- coordinating end-to-end recruitment projects within various areas (mainly Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, Engineering, Process Excellence),
- sourcing & building pipeline of senior level candidates using different channels (web-site, social networks, database, direct methods and others available sources),
- qualifying and interviewing candidates - everyday phone screens, f2f interviews,
- participation in internal recruitment processes,
- preparing job advertisements according to the clients’ requirements,
- supporting candidates in the whole recruitment process,
- establishing and maintaining solid relationships with candidates and clients,
- market research based on in-depth knowledge of business areas and market conditions,
- Key Account Manager for 5 clients – daily interaction with internal recruiters as well as Hiring Managers,
- acting as a mentor role for newbies,
