Operations managing – responsible for the work of an employees with particular emphasis on KPIs, productivity, quality, procedures, knowledge level, customer service standards and work discipline;
Motivating team to improve and maintain efforts in order to achieve high performance e.g. through the creation of bonus schemes;
Preparing reports and analysis.
Monitoring progress of team members’ competencies.
