• Managing relationship and effective communication with internal customers and BPOs/external party
• Solving escalations related to area of operations (incl. personnel issues)
• Leading communication related to service in scope (outside team)
• Dealing with service scope changes / amendments
• Coordinating multiple improvement projects led by team members
• Providing coaching, professional support and talent development towards staff
