responsibilities of the operating area:

*sales forecast (cooperation in developing sales forecasts)
*drawing up contracts for regional magazine
*supplying clients served regionally in the quality of the supplied documents range (quality certificates, product specifications)
*applying the principles of stock turnover (FEFO)
*assurance and control appropriate storage conditions and order in stock - introduction and monitoring procedures to adapt to the requirements of GMP and GHP, cooperation with local SANEPID with the controls and the implementation of the provisions of the follow-up of stock
*making periodic inventory control inventory in nature – Inventory
*cost control and optimization correction, cooperation with regional carriers (used to optimize fleet capacity, quality and adjust the cars, the quality and range of services to the carrier, control and settlement of invoices for transport)
responsibilities of financial accouting area:
*proper documentation of business events: the issue of sales documents at the time of removal from storage
*issuing receipts KP and KW (confirming acceptance / withdraw cash from customers and drivers)
*conducting a rational purchasing policy at the office.
