- Administrative support to internal and external stakeholders;
- Supporting the sales administrative operations, providing partners management,
- Prioritizing and sorting requests, managing direct processes, policies or tools;
- Build, maintain and expand cross-functional relationships, and adapt to changing customer needs;
- Event management, marketing and communication support;
- Data intelligence and reporting support

➢ acquiring new clients for export to enter the certain markets
➢ preparing of proposals and price estimations
➢ establishing and strengthening trade relations with domestic and foreign counterparts
➢ day-by-day cooperating with foreign suppliers
➢ determining the best supply terms
➢ continuous frozen food market monitoring
➢ working with commercial imports inquiries
➢ solving customs and transport issues
➢ operating with export documentation
➢ maintaining a database of topical certificates from the suppliers of raw materials
➢ translating of specific documentation
➢ caring and promoting of the company’s corporate image

➢ acquiring new clients
➢ creating database from gathered information and making sure that the database is up-to-date
➢ contacting the clients (phone, personal visits) and proposing them company’s products
➢ negotiating and preparing contracts for the clients
➢ cooperating with suppliers to ensure the client receives their bespoken product
➢ cooperating with marketing department and technical department
➢ establishing business cooperation, participation in trade fairs
➢ organizing service support visits to the clients
