• Managing the daily US GAAP general accounting and the monthly close of US books according to PerkinElmer deadlines.
• Supporting local business and key SSC stakeholders on understanding results and analyzing variances
• Working proactively on revenue recognition process.
• Managing inventory (depreciation’s calculation, marginality, price variances and obsolescence reserve analysis, physical counts).
• Payroll booking based on files provided by an external outsourced company.
• Preparing the annual Statutory Accounts (Italian Gaap), including annexes and legal & financial information.
• Being the primary contact of external statutory auditors, tax auditors and work council on ad hoc request.
• Coordinating the staff work, monitoring and evaluating their performance.
• Performing SOX testing.

• Participating in planning and supervising, on a day-to-day basis, the members of the involved team (average 3 auditors)
• Assigning jobs to other members of the team considering their experience, the importance and complexity of the task (audit of civil financial statement, report financial statement and package under IFRS - half-year audit review)
• Performing a detailed review of each working paper prepared by the field staff
• Discussing with managers and partners the progress of projects
• Reviewing financial statements and preparing draft audit reports (mostly in English)
