Scope of duties:
• Monthly reporting (Operations Financial Reports, Operations KPI’s),
• Preparation of the monthly costs accounts, including analysis of accounts, accruals
calculation, journal preparation other month end processing,
• Strategic analysis and decision support within Process Manufacturing for the site,
• Key operations finance support to the Site Leads on KPI targets setting and performance
analysis,
• Providing insightful and value adding performance analytics based on the standardized
reports,
• In-depth analysis and explanations on KPI variances,
• Budgeting & Forecasting

• Transfer Prices calculation for intercompany customers,
• Investigation and justification sales negative margin in Olap,
• Weekly close off sale module,
• Preparation of stock movement report for Accounting Department,
• Margin passback receivables calculations,
• Preparation of weekly, monthly sales reports

• Financial control of subsidiaries
• Verification and creation of financial statements
• Participation in the consolidation of the Group
• Creation of Excel files linked to Hyperion System

Responsible for monitoring workplace activities to ensure that workers comply with company policies and safety regulations
